2.2 We strive to meet the highest cleaning standards but cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains or damage caused by pre-existing conditions.
2.3 Additional services may be requested, but they must be approved and may incur extra charges.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling 4.1 Customers can cancel or reschedule their bookings up to 48 hours before the scheduled service time without penalty.
4.2 Cancellations made within 48 hours of the service may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking cost.
4.3 Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours will be subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Customer Obligations 5.1 Customers must provide accurate property details and access instructions during the booking process.
5.2 The property must be safe and free from hazardous materials or conditions.
5.3 Customers are responsible for securing valuables and fragile items before the service.

6. Liability 6.1 Sabrina Cleaning is insured for damages caused directly by our staff. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
6.2 We are not liable for damages caused by pre-existing conditions or structural issues in the property.
6.3 We are not responsible for delays or non-performance due to factors beyond our control, including extreme weather or emergencies.

7. Termination of Services 7.1 Sabrina Cleaning reserves the right to terminate services if staff face unsafe conditions, abusive behavior, or if the Terms are violated.
7.2 Refunds for terminated services will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
